Contact us to learn more about how to help with our annual family event in Mankato, MN as well as other family events and fundraising activities throughout the year. The impactful work that we do would not be possible without the help of generous volunteers like you.

We are always looking for more help with creative ideas as fundraising is an ongoing activity. Possibilities include garage sales, breakfast or dinner benefits, bowlathons, and more! If you have an idea or want to help with future fundraisers, please contact us.
By combining forces with other existing organizations, we have created a CHD Family Kit packed full of helpful information and supplies. These kits are distributed to all heart families here in Minnesota. This collaboration is always in need of donations. Contact us to learn more about holding a drive or helping out.
